VinTelligent: Customers

	Höegh Autoliners Höegh Autoliners is a leading global provider of Ro/Ro vehicle transportation services. Customers include global manufacturers of new cars, heavy machinery and rolling goods. Höegh Autoliners in the United States utilizes VinTelligent as their terminal operating systems (TOS) at several ports and as their solution for activity reporting for all U.S. terminals handling Höegh cargo. Terminals that do not use VinTelligent as their TOS transmit vehicle activity data to VinTelligent via EDI so that all vehicle data resides in the VinTelligent system. The initial deployment of VinTelligent for Höegh Autoliners took place in August, 2007.
	Ryder de Mexico Ryder de Mexico has for many years been the plant releasing agent for General Motors at their three Mexican assembly plants in Silao, Ramos and Toluca. Ryder deployed VinTelligent at all three plants in 2007. Ryder uses VinTelligent to receive vehicles, unload and load railcars, assign and track pre-delivery inspection (PDI) jobs, create truck loads and dispatch, as well as for common inventory functions such as yard moves and holds.
	CSX Railroad CSX Corporation, based in Jacksonville, Florida, operates one of the largest rail networks in the eastern half of the United States. It also provides intermodal, domestic container shipping and global container terminal operations. CSX began the rollout of VinTelligent in 2003 and is currently using VinTelligent to manage vehicle inventory, receive vehicles, unload and load railcars, manage holds and releases, and dispatch at over 30 terminals.
	Kansas City Southern (KCS) KCS is an international transportation holding company comprised of three primary railroads: The Kansas City Southern Railway Company (KCSR), Kansas City Southern de Mexico (KCSM) and Panama Canal Railway Company (PCRC).
	Florida East Coast Railroad The Florida East Coast Railway (FEC) operates 351 miles of mainline track along the east coast of Florida. With interchanges of Class I carriers, NS and CSXT the reach of the FEC is expanded throughout all of North America. In March 2003, the VinTelligent terminal operating system was deployed at FEC's auto ramp in Miami, providing FEC with an efficient, state-of-the-art system for unloading railcars, dispatching and tracking their customers' vehicles.
	K-Line "K" Line is a premier shipping line, operating 26 liner routes between the Far East and Europe, Central and South America, Australia, Africa and North America. In January 2004, K Line began a three port rotation service between Charleston, South Carolina, South Hampton, England and Bremerhaven, Germany to transport BMW vehicles. K Line uses VinTelligent at the Charleston port to manage the receipt of export vehicles, maintain inventory, and validate loading.

The total enterprise value of all transactions invested to date on a lead or co-lead managed basis is approximately $15 billion.
	APM Terminals APM Terminals is one of the world largest operators of container terminals with over50 container terminals spanning31 countries and five continents. Vintelligent, Inc. has deployed the Exception Handling System for APM. This system interacts with their gate system and provides an easy-to-use interface for clerks correct container and equipment ids. The corrected identifiers are posted back to the gate system and to APM's terminal operating system.
	North American Rail Solutions North American Rail Solutions (NARS) provides freight transportation arrangement and terminal operation services. NARS currently uses VinTelligent to manage vehicle inventory, receive vehicles, manage holds and releases, and dispatch at a General Motors
